Trong khuôn khổ hợp tác của dự án Trung tâm Tài Nguyên thiên nhiên và Phát triển Việt Nam (CNRD) giữa Viện Khoa học Thủy lợi Việt Nam và Đại học Khoa học Ứng dụng Cologne, CHLB Đức, Viện Khoa học Thủy lợi Việt Nam phối hợp với Đại học Khoa học Ứng dụng Cologne, CHLB Đức tổ chức khóa đào tạo về “Quản lý tổng hợp tài nguyên nước và Biến đổi khí hậu ở Việt Nam” (Integrated Water Resources Management and Climate Change in Vietnam).
Khóa học được xây dựng bởi những chuyên gia hàng đầu của CHLB Đức và Việt Nam nhằm cung cấp cho học viên những kiến thức và kỹ năng mới nhất trong lĩnh vực quản lý tổng hợp tài nguyên nước ở Việt Nam và trên thế giới cũng như cập nhật thêm thông tin trong bối cảnh biến đổi khí hậu. Khóa đào tạo sẽ diễn ra trong 5 ngày (27/2/2012 – 2/3/2012) và tiếng anh là ngôn ngữ được dùng trong khóa học này.

Integrated Water Resources Management and Climate Change in Vietnam

| Objectives | To enable the participants to explain the need and motivation for cross-sectoral approaches to WRM and to formulate the principle steps of implementing IWRM; to offer them an insight in Climate Change scenarios and modeling, to make them familiar with WRM experience and issues on WRM for Vietnam and Germany and with tools supporting water resources monitoring, assessment, reporting and the decision making process. |
| Content | Introduction to IWRM principles, water resources assessment, climate change induced risks, water uses and their related technologies, water legislation, river basin management and resource planning, transboundary watershed management, information management and tools for IWRM, river basin management institutions and companies in the region. |
